You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Booking and Cancellation
When you book a tutoring session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to tutor availability or technical issues.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in a subscription plan. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Subscription plans will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Code of Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during all interactions with tutors and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Khiphloxphxly website, including text, graphics, logos, and learning materials, is the property of Khiphloxphxly or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Khiphloxphxly provides educational services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
