Purpose
This Return Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for tutoring sessions purchased through Khiphloxphxly.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours before the start time for a full credit to your account. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start are considered late and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule a session once per booking at least 24 hours before the start time without fees. Additional reschedules or changes within 24 hours may be denied or treated as late cancellations.
Refund Eligibility
- Unused prepaid sessions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no session has been delivered.
- Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime; future cycles will not be charged after cancellation.
- If a tutor misses a confirmed session or quality is materially below expectations, contact us within 48 hours for a credit review.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed sessions, late cancellations, and promotional bonuses have no cash value and are not refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or credit, contact us with your booking details and contact code. We review requests within 5 business days and will confirm the outcome by phone or message.
Payment Timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks may take 5-10 business days to post funds. Credits to your account are applied immediately after approval.
